joined CivilTech Engineering, Inc. as a GIS Analyst in the Geographic Information Systems Division.
Ms. Kircher has more than five years of experience in numerous GIS applications including ArcGIS, ArcView, and ArcInfo. She brings to CivilTech a strong background in database manipulation, LIDAR data processing, ortho and oblique aerial photography manipulation, and map generation. Mr. Baxter is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas with more than six years of professional experience in civil engineering, transportation, and water resources engineering projects. His experience includes roadway design, storm drainage design, utility design, and traffic control planning and development. 2006 - John D. Thompson, PE has
joined CivilTech Engineering, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager in the Infrastructure Division.
Mr. Thompson is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas with more than seven years of professional experience in engineering design and project management. Before joining CivilTech, Mr. Thompson managed multiple City of Houston Storm Water Capital Improvement Projects under the Storm Water Management Program (SWMP). These projects, for which Mr. Thompson was required to work in the City of Houston Public Works and Engineering Department’s Storm Water Section, were valued at approximately $65 million. He is also experienced in storm drainage analyses, storm sewer design, roadway design, site and grading design, water line design, and SWPPP. As a Senior Project Manager at CivilTech, Mr. Thompson manages the engineering staff, provides hands-on technical design and direction on municipal projects, and serves as client liaison.
