This person will report directly to the CFO/Controller and serve as the internal accounting representative to our staff. At CivilTech we consider our employees our most valuable assets.     Requirements:

    • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
    • 2-5 years of accounting experience
    • A/E/C industry experience preferred.
    • CPA preferred, but not required.
    • Deltek/Ajera accounting software experience preferred, but not required.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Maintain General Ledger
    • Prepare Monthly Invoices
    • Review and Process Expense Reports
    • Prepare Reconciliations
    • Perform Month End Closing Activities
    • Preparation & Review of Financial Statements
    • Various supporting duties to the CFO/Controller
